https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/writing-rust-code/update-policy.html

says that firefox 115 was normally built with rust 1.69.0, and that
the minimum supported rust version for firefox 115 is 1.66.0. It
does "of course" not list "maximum supported version".

I can of course do some "time travel" using CVS and try older rust
versions than what we have now.

Meanwhile my "what error do I actually get building firefox115 with
rust 1.86.0 on NetBSD/amd64 9.3" build is chugging away building
lang/clang, so it'll be a while.
