removal proposal: comms/asterisk-sounds-de-x9media

comms/asterisk-sounds-de-x9media provides gsm files in German for
asterisk.

Both MASTER_SITES and HOMEPAGE fail with broken DNS servers.

The bits are from 2005-2006.   I know German hasn't changed much, but
that is a Clue as to status.

There is no license to distribute the distfile or packages.

I hypothesize that there are zero users.  Is anyone using it?   

Would someone like to find and add a package from an upstream that
exists and has a license?

Absent objections, I'll remove at or after 8 May at 12Z.
