Maybe we should send an open letter to the mozilla foundation, something
like:

"We understand your trademark usage rules but are considering to
  ignore them, because:

    - your rules do not differentiate between system integration
changes, changes of default behaviour, and changes needed to
support other systems not properly integrated by the mozilla
      foundation
    - the net result is only completely confused users
    - you are not providing binaries for many platforms supported
      by us
    - your "demanding" contributor environment and rapid release
procedures makes it nearly impossible to get into a state
where official releases build and work out of the box on many
      of our systems
    - changing the previous would require a very significant amount
of work both on your and our side"

and ask for a waiver to allow us usage of the official branding
despite any patches that are system-integration and support of officially
unsupported platforms only.

Better text welcome, but I guess you get the idea.

Martin
