Spurious occurences of cyclic dep on Linux [Was Re: Building Linux packages on NetBSD]

As suspected, the cyclic dep issue wasn't related to git pull though it
went away.

It spuriously occurs every now and then. Doing a few random things, may be
compiling some other package etc. makes it go away. Native installation
includes gcc and g++ all this while when the issue appears and disappears.
