I have hit the circular dependency error between pkgtools/digest and
lang/gcc3-c when installing tmux.

After bootstrapping I have restarted the guest system. Only /usr/pkg and
/usr/pkgsrc are persistent and the guest system is a live CD. Perhaps that
is messing it up. I did reinstall some packages recommended for Linux on
rebooting - such as here:
