Some versions of autogen.sh are not doing the same thing as other. I have seen many examples that end with running configure, and many that don't. Some do extra version checking on which autotools they accept. Some of these differences may be difficult to paper over. I am thinking in particular of the variant that automatically runs configure. -Olaf. -- Olaf 'Rhialto' Seibert -- rhialto at falu dot nl ___ Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on \X/ no account be allowed to do the job. --Douglas Adams, "THGTTG"
