The issues faced with wip/ghc are on this thread already. And that
pkgsrc's ghc7 now works with them (at least many of them) is also on this
thread.

I am afraid I do not have time to analyze what's right for 219 of wip
packages. Respective wip owners may chip in.

There is no evidence, reasoning or computer science applied to guess that,
at some point of time pkgsrc's ghc was old and someone took initiative to
build it in wip and linked with wip's ghc. Most other haskell package
creators may have just followed the suite. (If I was in their place I
would have.)

But as I said, that's a guess.

Currently I am NOT committing the change. If a reasonable number of wip
haskell package creators respond, then I'll commit it.
