Try the attached patch please. Anyone with > NetBSD 5 to give it a try? I applied the patch on a netbsd-6 i386 system, and it built/packaged fine, and then I built yajl (as a test of cmake). On netbsd-5 amd64 machine, it also built ok (cmake and yajl). Given multiple positive reports and no objections, I think your patch should be committed. Thanks for sending a fix.
