What locale are you using?

Workaround:  LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libpthread.so

Do we need to add NetBSD-4 to _BLNK_DLOPEN_REQUIRE_PTHREAD_PLATFORMS in
mk/dlopen.builtlin.mk?
