I see this problem for a very few pkgsrc releases. Don't recall which pkgsrc release brought in this issue:

Hovering the mouse over a link should change the pointer from 'arrow' to 'hand / finger'. This does not happen.

I build packages from src.

I don't see this problem on other browsers like palemoon.

If the problem is not reproducible then perhaps I miss a package that others have installed through some other dependency?
