PySignal_SetWakeupFd is Python-2.6+ so it shouldn't be used
in an extension for Python-2.5.
Seems that something is wrong with your py-gobject pkg.
There is a "configure" check:
checking for PySignal_SetWakeupFd in Python.h... no
Can you try to build py-gobject and have a look at this?
