I uppgraded an older xemacs 21.5 pkg to xemacs-21.5.27nb3.
Previously startup time was in the range of 30 - 45 seconds
(not quite sure, never that slow that I realy cared).

Now it is several minutes (on the same machine, not a speed
monster, dual 400 MHz ultra sparc):

This is after drawing the initial frame, but before emacs actually displays
any content.

install latest xemacs 21.5 on -current with in-tree xorg?
