Splix drivers are in pkgsrc-wip

If you have gcc 4.5 or newer, be sure to apply the following patch first:
http://splix.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/splix/splix/src/ppdfile.cpp?r1=256&r2=273&view=patch
