>Description:
My logs have many lines like:
Jan 2 19:42:59 hrr dhcpcd[598]: rtk0: dhcpcd not running
Jan 2 19:42:59 hrr dhcpcd[594]: bwi0: dhcpcd not running
Jan 2 19:42:59 hrr dhcpcd[554]: rum0: dhcpcd not running

When I run "/etc/rc.d/network restart", it does:
         /sbin/dhcpcd -k $int 2> /dev/null

I don't think it should try to release dhcpcd leases
when dhcpcd is not even used.

Some may be confused by that noise since it may mislead them in
troubleshooting.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:

Keep track if dhcpcd is even used?
