  Ah, it likely also needs at least:

scsibus* at scsi?
sd*     at scsibus? target ? lun ?      # SCSI disk drives

I'm not certain if that would be sufficent though. The DOM0 config file will have all the support needed for all the various scsi adapters and devices. The DOMU has not needed any scsi stuff up to now.
