Possibly. Likely bundled in latest blizkick, which is newer than this archive.

I only have ethernet cards (no WiFi). If insufficient, the first thing
I'd do is, using the source code, make it hold the reset signal for
twice as long. If that doesn't work, I'd set something ridiculously
long just to try and discard the length of the reset being the issue.
