Ah, that's what you want.

There's a standard solution for that, look e.g. in devel/ucommon:

pkgbase := ucommon
.include "../../mk/pkg-build-options.mk"

.if !empty(PKG_BUILD_OPTIONS.ucommon:Mgnutls)
.include "../../security/gnutls/buildlink3.mk"
.endif

That includes gnutls/bl3.mk if ucommon was built with the gnutls
option.
