There are a number of certificates that are skipped:

  3, 14, 81, 82, 126-135, 148-155, 158, 166

Looking through the "certdata.txt" file, I seem to see one or more data
blocks that could be the certificate(s) I was particularly interested
in having. They are, of course, not installed.

The "mozilla-rootcert-*.pem" numbers appear not to correspond to the
position of certificate data blocks in the "certdata.txt" file. The
certificates of interest are in blocks 7 and 8 in the file, but the
"mozilla-rootcert-[78].pem" files are not related.
