Just a point of information - the recent patch to asterisk-11.4.0nb5
fixes the newlocale issue but not the missing DTLSv1_method symbol
issue which still needs the above manual fix.  I'm just not sure if it
is the correct fix.  According to everything I read the OpenSSL in our
tree should have this symbol.
