Instead of OBJHOSTNAME, I'd recommend WRKOBJDIR.
This allows to keep pkgsrc source tree read only.
For pkgsrc gcc as a bootstrap compiler I personally whould prefer
external PREFIX, for example, /usr/pkg_gcc.
This can simplify running bulk builds.
