Potential cgdconfig bug on NetBSD 11 usb installer...?

Dear NetBSD community,

There seems to be a potential cgdconfig bug on NetBSD 11 usb installer, 
where this command leads to a bogus ioctl error:

cgdconfig -V re-enter cgd0 NAME=cgdroot /targetroot/cdgroot

The error is:

ioctl: Invalid argument

At least all the awesome friendly people in the chat couldn't think of 
any intended reason for this.

(Totally possible though that it is user error on my end!)
