On a system with no IPv6 it looks up IPv4 address and finds it.
On a system with IPv6, resolver must be trying domain name heuristics
first before falling back on IPv4.
Unluckily enough (or may be rather luckily, as it uncovered the issue) I
enabled IPv6, I have a .in hostname and github.com.in exists and it hits.
