Emulated Linux app thinks it's a 32-bit system

I am attempting to install Xilinx Vivado application on NetBSD, hoping to
run it through Linux emulation.

The installer gets an impression that it is a 32-bit system.

    /emul/linux/usr/bin/sh Xilinx_Unified_2022.2_1014_8888_Lin64.bin
    Verifying archive integrity... All good.
    Uncompressing Xilinx Installer..................................
    This is a fresh install.
    ERROR: This installation is not supported on 32 bit platforms.

My system is

    $ uname -a
    NetBSD localhost 9.2 NetBSD 9.2 (GENERIC) #0: Wed May 12 13:15:55 UTC 2021  mkrepro%mkrepro.NetBSD.org@localhost:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC amd64 x86_64 AMD 686-class NetBSD

I have installed suse_base-13.1nb17

Any way to trick the installer to believe it to be a 64-bit system?

I can probably make a qemu-guest to get the installation through and then
copy the installation directory to NetBSD. But this will take long,
particularly as I am doing this on a VM with no nested virtualization
support.
