This worked. I have /dev/ptyp* and /dev/ttyp* with o-rwx. But now mlterm
works.

Wonder if pkgsrc should patch this for NetBSD.

Please ignore my previous mail. That was a different problem. If I do
manual build in sandbox it links with base X11 and bulkbuild with pkg X11.
Not sure why that happens.
