Are you sure? DEPOBJ in baselib/src/Makefile should show bl_pty_streams.o
instead of bl_pty_bsd.o. Did a couple of quick builds (standalone, and on
9.2_STABLE) again: `bl_cv_pty=streams' works, `bl_cv_pty=bsd' produces a
binary which needs the old-style BSD-ptys.

Try a standalone build.
