If you are on a HiDPI display, you may also consider to install some other
terminal emulator from pkgsrc (I use x11/unicode-rxvt) and a whole bunch
of (TTF) fonts from pkgsrc in the fonts/ directory.

This will give you a much richer selection of fixed width fonts and allow
arbitrary scaling.
