Starts bad: the actual error is:

===8<===8<===
File "src/utils/net/base64.ml", line 78, characters 22-23:
Error: This expression has type string but an expression was expected of type
         bytes
gmake: *** [Makefile:5447: src/utils/net/base64.cmx] Error 2
*** Error code 2

Stop.
make[1]: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/net/mldonkey
*** Error code 1
===>8===>8===

I'll followed-up upstream [1]

But it's looking like the only reason for OCaml to be is the development of MLDonkey :)
As a result it appears to often only compile with a super-specific revision of the compiler !

(It even seems like the MLDonkey guy is actually feeding development patches to the OCaml people! :| )

Kind regards,
Germain
