Re: Can I obtain appropriate X server binary, on my old version of NetBSD.

Hi,

if I understand correctly, you're looking for the 6.0.1 X11 sets for
netbsd. The best way to go about this would be to move away from 6.0.1 as
it's no longer supported. But, since you state that is not an option since
this is your dev environment, there is another way.

You should be able to download the version you want from the NetBSD
archives: ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-archive/NetBSD-6.0.1/
<your_arch>/binary/sets/

Quick caveat: If I understand correctly, the CF-R6 uses an Intel GMA 950
chipset. The `igmafb` driver for this chipset isn't available for 6.0.1,
but (others please chime in here) I believe that you can get at least
useable X11 working with generic drivers.

Hope this helps,

-brkt
