Abrupt restarts with ACPI enabled on NetBSD-5.1.2-amd64 GENERIC Kernel

Hi,

I am having several issues running NetBSD-5.1.2-amd64.  With ACPI enabled
the system restarts abruptly. If I disable ACPI the powerdown causes halt
instead of complete shutdown.
