No, not officially released.

Unlikely, the three digit releases are security/critical bug fixes
only releases.

We are starting the NetBSD 6.0 release cycle. 6.0_ALPHA is
expected to be tagged in the next day or two. Hopefully, it will be
released within three months or so.
