man.tgz 0 bytes in the ftp site.

Hi folks

I'm watching the 5.1.1 subdirectorie here:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-5.1.1/amd64/binary/sets/  and
the man.tgz file contain 0 bytes. Recently NetBSD installation don't
install the man pages.

Anyone can say me why this files are 0 bytes?
