Qcad 2.0.5.0 - missing GuiLanguage options

Hello and please
why i don't have on QCad 2.0.5.0[Community Edition] not the possibility to 
change the Language to German.
for now the following field selection are completly empty:
- GUI Language
- Command Language
QCad it's running now in Defeault English language, if any possibility exist to 
change this in German mode i'am appreciate this option.

-qcad-2.0.5.0nb5     2D CAD system
-qcad-manual-de-2.0.4.0 Online manual for QCad 2D CAD package, German
-qcad-manual-en-2.0.4.0 Online manual for QCad 2D CAD package, English
-gettext-0.18.1.1nb1 Tools for providing messages in different languages
