A dell r210 from september 2011 ...

Dear collegues,
at 2010/02/23 I was searching for a generic netbsd kernel, which should 
understand the nics in
a dell r210. You did me help overnight. (Michael and Manuel Boyer). 
Thank you again.
Now, some monates later I've a newer dell r210 and the same problem.
(The old kernel 5.0.2 doesn't understand the newer nics.)
Netbsd 5.1 (and the generic kernel from 17.9.11 too) don't know the nics 
(Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5716).
Can any one help?
I didn't change from netbsd to linux.
