I have attached the output from 'cpuctl list'. The test results are as 
follows.

'cpuctl offline 1' and 'shutdown -p now' resulted in 4 successful 
powerdowns.

'cpuctl offline 0' and 'shutdown -p now' resulted in 4 failed powerdowns.
