I'm guessing that at this point you renamed /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/files/response.sparc to /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/files/response.sparc64?

cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work && ./setupwfc < response

Citrix does not test or support this client on the NetBSD operating system.

Wonder where this is coming from?

What's the output of uname -a?

/usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work/./solaris/hinst:
/usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work/./solaris/echo_cmd: not found

Seems odd that it isn't there:
ugly 1% tar -tvzf /usr/pkgsrc/distfiles/citrix_ica-8.63.165401/en.solaris.tar.z

tar: ustar vol 1, 9 files, 4874240 bytes read, 0 bytes written in 1 secs
(4874240 bytes/sec)

What's the output of:
ls /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work
and:
ls /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work/solaris
