Not sure what you mean by "still being worked on".  5-1-RC4 is indeed
the most recent release candidate, but it's a tag (i.e. it refers to a
particular, fixed, revision of all the files in the tree), not a branch.
Further improvements made on the netbsd-5 branch will eventually be
included in NetBSD 5.1 when that gets released.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not from release engineering, just
an interested observer)
