mounting gphotofs via /etc/fstab ?

Hello,
Is it possible to mount gphotofs via the /etc/fstab file?  When I run
# sudo gphotofs /gphotofs &

and then run mount I see this:
...
/dev/puffs on /gphotofs type puffs|refuse:gphotofs (nosuid, nodev)


Also, I'm wondering why 'fusermount -u <mountpoint>' doesn't work; that
is how one is supposed to "unmount" a gphotofs mount according to the
package's documentation.
