Not easy as in "something raid1 raid0".  But it's not really difficult;
the raidframe overhead structure just contains that field directly.  If
you're willing to live a bit dangerously, and have a way to run without
the RAID configured (which means it's not root, or you have an
alternative way to boot it at elast to single user), you can extract
the overhead blocks, patch the relevant bytes within them, and drop
them back into place.

Another alternative, more controlled but taking longer, is to repeat
the "move from disk to disk" operation again.
