problem with booting

Hi,

Yesterday I upgraded from 4.0.1 to 5, and now with a fresh boot I find 
out that the boot sequence doesn't know where my rootdisk is. It offers a 
few options, among which is wd0a. After typing in this, it waits for 
conformation on dumpdevice wd0b, and then continues booting. Before the 
upgrade all was fine. How can I set this straight?
