CVSweb (tag) and source cd do not match - i think

Hello!

Is it expected that NetBSD-5 source cd to include files that are in 
'Attic' or not tagged as NetBSD-5?

For example; atheros driver is no longer valid according to cvsweb i 
think, while it is in source cd now. Cvsweb is at 
http://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/src/sys/contrib/dev/ath/public/?only_with_tag=netbsd-5-0

Maybe included while compiling too (since it is in kernel config file 
under 'CardBus network cards')?
