gramofile: semget(3) fails

Hi,

Oh the joys of System V IPC. I *think* I have sufficient resources, but
semget(3) fails with ENOSPC. Am I looking at the right thing, and do I
need to rebuild my kernel? (I'm still running 2.0.)

$ ipcs -S
seminfo:
        semmap: 30 (# of entries in semaphore map)
        semmni: 10 (# of semaphore identifiers)
        semmns: 60 (# of semaphores in system)
        semmnu: 30 (# of undo structures in system)
        semmsl: 60 (max # of semaphores per id)
        semopm: 100 (max # of operations per semop call)
        semume: 10 (max # of undo entries per process)
        semusz: 100 (size in bytes of undo structure)
        semvmx:  32767  (semaphore maximum value)
        semaem: 16384 (adjust on exit max value)

Gramofile (brec_gramo) fails during setup:

        if ((disksemid[i] = semget(IPC_PRIVATE, SEMMSL,
            IPC_EXCL | IPC_CREAT | 0600)) == -1)

leaving this:

$ ipcs -b
Message Queues:
T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP QBYTES

Shared Memory:
T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP SEGSZ

Semaphores:
T ID KEY MODE OWNER GROUP NSEMS

Alternatively, do you have a better recommendation for converting
audio-cassettes to .WAV files?

Many thanks.
