No messages from /netbsd, no.  

My reference to "web pages" regarded pages loaded from the www via my
soekris gateway.  It's primarily a router/firewall.  It has a webserver,
and those pages also frequently display the same hesitation, but the
problem is by no means constrained to locally provided pages.
