I'm using a Logitech Precision to manipulate freevo.

uhidev0: Logitech Logitech(R) Precision(TM) Gamepad, rev 1.10/0.04, addr
2, iclass 3/0
uhid0 at uhidev0: input=4, output=0, feature=0

It's working on 4.0 and 4.99.72.
