GIGABYTE GN-WI01GS WLAN mini PCI on 4.0

Hi all,

i have the following dmesg output on booting:

and after ifconfig comes this:

timeout waiting for MCU to initialize

Could anyone explain this to me. Is there an solution to get this card 
work?
