/var/db/pkg/

/var/db/pkg/*/+CONTENTS

But you may not have those if your installations didn't complete 
correctly.

Note that this +CONTENTS is sometimes not complete, as some files are 
referenced in installation/deinstallation scripts but not listed in 
+CONTENTS. (I think that is a bug.)
