bioctl support on 4.0 for Areca ARC-1220?

Hi all,

I've been playing with an Areca ARC-1220 card on NetBSD 4.0 and 
-current. I've found that the bioctl(8) utility for this card is 
supported under current but not under NetBSD 4.0. Is there any chance of 
this support being pulled up to NetBSD 4.0?
