I just chagned vm.filemax to 10 now, did swapctl -d and swapctl -a and
no swap is used anymore :).

Already tried starting a few applications, instead of swapping, the
file cache is thrown away now. Machine responds much faster now :)

man 3 sysctl is also recommendable :)
