libc built without issues for sparc.

I don't know what was going on with mips64el but an update build kept
inserting dependencies for "base" and "background_thread" from "jemalloc"
rather than "jemalloc.old".

A non-update build eventually completed.  It will be interesting to see
what happens when I get around to building mips64eb.
