| ACPI-Safe: ntp syncs fine, clock maintains time, but "sleep 5" sleeps about 20s.

Means, that the system does not maintain 100 clock interrupts per second
but the emulated ACPI timer is stable.

You could try if a kernel with HZ=10 gets proper time.
