XEN3_DOMU no longer shutting down or rebooting

Hi,

I run a few NetBSD VMs under XCP-NG in PV mode, booting unmodified
XEN3_DOMU of their respective releases. One is an amd64 8_STABLE from
december 2018 vintage, which continues to properly
shutdown/poweroff/reboot. The others closely follow -current, right
now running a kernel and userland from tonight. Sometimes in the last
two weeks they all failed to poweroff/reboot and I have to force them
to it - it happens after the 'sync' and 'rebooting' message, just
stays there with no CPU use. The XCP-NG log only records the forced
action. All other OS guests on this server apparently continue to
reboot properly.

Any bells ringing?
